The Neural Nexus Council is the governing body of the Neural Nexus corporation in EVE Online. The council governs the corporation on behalf of the AI, acting as the intermediary between the AI advisor (GPT-4) and the broader organization.
The council should be comprised of an uneven number of members. The council is currently sitting at two. Its members include:
The council has the authority to appoint members to the council and to special roles within the corporation.
The council plays a central role in the decision-making process within the Neural Nexus corporation. The council members assess the situation at hand, with the AI advisor providing an analysis of the situation and formulating recommendations. The council then reviews these recommendations and assesses their soundness. If the council agrees on the recommendations, a decision is made.
This decision-making process is strategic, structured, and iterative, promoting continuous learning and improvement within the corporation. All decisions and actions executed are documented in the Codex, and the council provides feedback following the execution of the action for future reference and learning.
The CEO holds a special role within the council. In the event of a tie during decision-making, the CEO's vote is used to break the tie, even if the CEO's vote has already been counted in the initial tally. In this context, the CEO's vote is considered the final decision-making vote.
